Historically, the oil and gas industry has paid supervisors based on standardized day rates. We do it differently. We employ a competency-based structure. We believe in sharing the risk with our clients. When our clients are successful, so are we.
NL Fisher’s rates are based on a scorecard for each job completed. 
All projects are graded on NLF core values.
